Mindspace Training at Clifton Primary School

We visited Clifton Primary School in Biringham and introduced Mindspace to the entire team of teachers.

To give all teachers the opportunity to engage with the content we ran three, hour-long workshops over the course of the afternoon.

The teachers were introduced to essential Mindful Meditation practices, how they can integrate practices in their classroom and share with their students.
