Bolton School heard from Manchester Grammar that they had success with bringing Mindfulness to their students and requested a morning of training for their Year 10 students.

When students move into Year 10, they have just taken their options and the reality of exam stress is starting to dawn on them, with GCSE’s, on the not too distant horizon.
This is why it’s essential they have access to simple, practical mind training practices, that can help them focus, concentration and reduce stress anxiety.
Bolton School’s Year 10 was split into two, with both sets of students having the opportunity to try mindful meditation practices such as Mindful Counting, Mindful Breathing, Mindful Hands, Mindful Standing.
