We introduced a series of gentle mindful training practices for 10-15 years olds. Here are some of their thoughts.
‘We’ve learned mindful strategies to help us to recognise the little things in life and how to calm ourselves down in stressful situations, how to feel better and relaxed.’
Breathing exercise and stretching exercise and we took a small relaxing walk.

‘Relaxed me more, I had two tests today, helped me to feel I may have done well in them, and not worry.’
‘Very relaxed, learn how to relax, if anxious I can use these breathing techniques to calm myself down.’
