Meditation Room in the School

Today we visited Aldersley High School in Codsall, Wolverhampton, to share mindfulness practices to help Year 11 through this stressful time in their lives.

We’re currently right in the middle of exam season, and the students were empowered to learn practices to help them re-focus, calm their minds, and let go of anxiety.

Three sessions were guided, with students who opted-in to the sessions. Around one hundred students engaged with the practices, which consisted of mindful breathing and mindful body guided training. You can read more about these meditations and how to guide them in the book Guide to the Mindful Way of Life.
