Live Training:
Once you have experienced the benefits of a Mindfulness and Meditation practice within your own life then it’s natural to wish to pass on these techniques to others, especially to the next generation.
We offer you the unique opportunity to follow the Mindfulness and Meditation Teaching Course.
Teachers are training thus far in the UK, France, Vietnam, Tanzania, USA – wherever you are in the world you can start!
Not only does this course allow you to deepen your own practice but gives you the tools and confidence to introduce Mindfulness and Meditation to others.

Learn over four months:
- Introduction – An 8 Week Introduction to Mindful Meditation.
Including one live session per week (one hour), resources to practice at home, an online journal, quizzes to complete.Once this course is completed to then take:
- Master Series – An 8 Week Introduction to Teaching Mindful Meditation
Including one live session per week (one hour), resources to practice at home, an online journal, quizzes to complete.
Choose to deepen your experience following these four months.
- Monthly Sessions over One Year whilst following an Online Programme.
One live session per month (one hour), resources to practice at home, an online journal.
During this third period depending on the student and their motivation, there may be opportunities to teach within the community to gain practical experience. Once the course is completed:
- If there is an opening, you may have the opportunity to work under the Mindspace umbrella.
- You may choose to use your training to work independently.
- You may wish to just offer your new skills occasionally in your classroom.
Whatever you choose to do at the end of the training, you will have deepened your experienced and we will support you with your progression.
The courses are currently held on a 121 basis, although in the future there will be opportunities to train as part of a group.
