Park Hill Primary School invited us to deliver an Introduction to Mindfulness to their entire staff team.
Around 60 staff and teaching assistants gathered at the end of the school day in the sports hall, to learn how they can bring mindful meditation practices into their daily life, to reduce stress and increase emotional intelligence.
A very engaged group settled down into several guided mindful sessions, included the mindful body, mindful breathing and mindful body-scan exercises.
We also briefly discussed creative ways to introduce practices to students in the classroom, through using our extensive and well used online resources.
