A successful visit to St Johns College in Southsea, to introduce Mindfulness training to the entire Year 9 cohort.
Each house had the opportunity to try a series of Mindful Meditation practices, to help them increase focus, reduce stress and anxiety and find inner calm.
Each session lasted around fifty-minutes in length.
The workshops were held across the entire school day.
